Brela, Croatia
The charming village of Brela, known as the pearl
of the Makarska Riviera, lies at the foot of Mt.
Biokovo, where the coastal pine forest meets the
pebble stone beach. Our village stretches for 6 km
(4 miles) along the Adriatic Sea. Its romantic
promenade winds around little inlets and coves.
Our seaside villa, Villa Siska (Pine Cone Villa),
offers an apartment including a large terrace
overlooking the sparkling sea and our beautiful
garden.
Restaurants, cafes, and food markets are only
a short walk from this seaside villa. The town
center can be reached by foot along the
promenade (1.5 km) or by car.
Local attractions include rafting, mountain biking,
waterskiing, diving, parasailing, boating, miniature
golf, and tennis. There are many organized tours to
the nearby islands of Brac, Hvar, and Korcula, as
well as to Split, Dubrovnik, Medugorje, etc.
